Sheep Bungs / Caps

Sheep bungs are the cleaned end part of the intestine. Their diameter (caliber) ranges from 55 to 95 mm, and their length varies from 25 to 60 cm. Sheep bungs are widely used in the production of salami and Scottish Hough.

We sort sheep bungs in two systems – by length and by caliber – and deliver them according to customers’ requirements.
