At Iran Casing, we take pride in producing natural casings of the highest quality by combining centuries-old tradition with modern standards. All casings are carefully washed and cleaned by hand, ensuring maximum hygiene and natural authenticity. Traditionally, Iranian casings are naturally disinfected with salt, preserving their genuine flavor and appearance without the use of harmful chemicals.

During processing, all chemical residues and mucous membranes are meticulously removed by skilled technicians. After passing through several stages of inspection, the casings are classified into three quality grades:

Grade A: High resistance against pressure, with no gaps or holes, ideal for premium sausage production.

Grade B: Good durability and reliability, with consistent texture, suitable for standard sausage production.

Grade C: Though of lower quality compared to Grade B, still usable for producing regular sausages and bologna.

Unlike many competitors, we sort our casings twice, which significantly increases product consistency. As a result, many of our long-term customers believe that our Grade B casings are equivalent to “AB quality” on the market, and even our Grade C casings match or exceed the quality of the market’s “BC grade.”

In addition, Iran Casing strictly complies with international requirements and hygiene standards, including EU, Eurasian, and Iranian veterinary regulations.
